What has past and what will come
air rushing into your lungs
as you notice where you're from
and where you will be flung
you step into the clearing
with a foot brave and unfearing
of what has past and while will come
now the next, now the next
the distance gets nearer
yet you never arrive
but thats OK, because you are here
for now, but not for ever
nothing to fear, all that is dear
you have with you here
You smile and you laugh
no need to walk fast
this place is so simple and grand
easy to love, easy to understand
the life you always thought of
here where you are,
the places you've been,
and the places you'll go
Piece of mind.

What up world wide web?
Ok, so I've never blogged about anything before in my life. But I've shared many of my ideas and thoughts for several years on forum known as The Shroomery. If you've never heard of it, it is essentially a place for psychedelic drug users to have a safe place to discuss their experiences, their ideas, their revelations, their knowledge and skills, and even to just bitch and complain about society like everyone loves to do.
I'm not sure exactly what made me decide to create a blog. Must be looking for an outlet for my thoughts. Or maybe I'm just bored.
In any case, I plan on using this blog to discuss all sorts of different ideas that run through my head. I consider myself somewhat of a philosopher, an existentialist, a soul-seeker, and a dreamer. I believe we all have a reason for living, and it is up to each us to find that reason. No one can tell you what to do or how to be, that is something you must find out for yourself.
So hopefully this blog will be a way for me to express my thoughts on individuality, moral purpose, understanding how to truly live. I feel like so many people these days are simply being pulled along be strings. They are tugged this way and that way by forces that they probably aren't even aware about.
Thought is the most powerful force that any human being can utilize, and with it he can manipulate the entire course of his life, and he can become exactly what he wants to be. William Shakespeare once said, that our minds are like a garden, and you, the thinker, are its gardener. You can choose to plant seeds that will grow into beautiful fruit bearing plants, or you can allow weeds to overrun your garden. A single thought is like a seed. Once planted, if it is nurtured, it will grow and grow until eventually it yields a fruit. Useless and wasteful thoughts turn into weeds that drain energy away from all the other plants in the garden. So it is therefore the responsibility of the gardener to maintain his garden. To remove the weeds, and to nurture the plants that will bear him fruit. If he does this well, then he will one day come to reap the fruits of his labors and he will be a healthy man.
But...lets not get too serious just yet! For now take it easy, and have fun!
